Triage
Please be aware if you present to the health centre without a pre booked appointment there may considerably long wait times.
You will be triaged and depending on the urgency of the presentation will determine how quickly you are seen.
The nurses and doctors will see you but please understand they will already have a full list of patients with prebooked appointments, these may take priority.
Amuri Health appreciates your understanding and patience during these situations.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
