Covid-19 Levels

Thank you for your continued understanding during the changes with delivery of your healthcare.
Amuri Health Centre's doors will now be unlocked.
We still have protocols in place and respectfully request that patients adhere to these, this helps to ensure we maintain a safe environment and available service for the Amuri community.
If you have any respiratory, flu/Cold like symptoms, sore throat, or cough, please do not come to the health centre unless you have phoned in advance to arrange an appointment. This will help to reduce the chance of infection. We will continue to update the Facebook page and web site along with the weekly newsletter with any changes to Amuri Health Centre’s opening and appointment availability.
If you are unsure or have any questions, please ring the health centre to talk to the receptionist or the practice nurse.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
