Appointments

Moving into 2024 we continue to be very busy and the current wait times for non-urgent appointments are approximately 2 weeks.   We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. 

While we understand that this may cause some frustration, we respectfully ask that you remain polite and courteous when speaking to the team here at Amuri as we endeavour to minimise any disruption.

We continue to triage and see acute presentations on the day when clinically required and politely remind everyone to be aware of when their medications  or certificates run out, so we may offer a timely appointment.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
