Prescriptions

To avoid running out of your medications, please make sure you check when they are next due and allow at least two weeks prior to that date, so that you have enough time to arrange an appointment to see the doctor and avoid disappointment.
When the surgery is very busy it may not be possible to get an appointment at short notice, and if an urgent prescription is required, a short prescription of one week may be given in lieu of an appointment with the doctor, these will incur an additional fee.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
