Amuri Community Health Centre is pleased to let patients know we have recently joined the ManageMyhealth Patient Portal.

Register today and stay on top of your health and wellness.

Give reception a call and they will initiate your registration, or you can visit managemyhealth.co.nz and click join.
Once you have joined you will be able to access results, request repeat medications and book routine 15-minute consultations.

You will be triaged for Covid -19. Please be accurate when answering these questions and with booking your consultation to avoid disappointment on the day and the need to rearrange your appointment time.
Appointments which require more than 15minutes or involve a procedure, for example drivers’ medicals, will continue to be booked through the receptionist and you will need to phone to arrange a time.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
