Missed Appointments

To discourage people not turning up for their appointments, we charge a $20 fee for appointments not kept, this applies to appointments with the GP or Practice Nurse.
This fee will apply to missed appointments regardless of the patient’s age.
Please note that you will not incur this fee if you ring to cancel or change your appointment 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time. Late cancellations may still incur a fee as it is unlikely the appointment time will be filled at short notice.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
