We offer a text to remind service for appointments and contacts as a courtesy reminder.
If you have had a recent appointment and not received a text2remind please contact reception so this can be actioned.
Please note the text2remind is a backup reminder only, so we ask that you be responsible for taking note of your appointment at the time of booking.

If you have a current Community Service Card, please let reception know, so that the details can be updated.

 

Changes

As you are probably aware there are have been a few changes in structure & people involved with Amuri Health Care Ltd over the last year.  We are pleased to let everyone know that we have turned a corner and are able to advise the community of the changes that have been happening. Please see the letter from our Board of Directors Chairperson advising the community of recent changes here at Amuri.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.
Use the touch-free hand sanitiser dispenser in the entrance foyer
Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
