Booking Appointments

While we try to ensure that we run to time, the doctors and nurses often must deal with emergencies or urgent situations leading to unforeseen delays. We appreciate your understanding when this happens, however sometimes the delays are due to booked appointment times that are not long enough to address multiple issues, or perhaps opportunistic consultations for family members, maybe children.

If you need additional time for a family member or to discuss multiple issues, please make sure you book appropriately, so as not too impact on another patients’ appointment time, which results in the GP running late.

Before you visit:


Telephone consultations and face to face consultations are still available
Please phone 03 315 6328 for an appointment.
When phoning for an appointment, please tell the receptionist if you have any respiratory symptoms:
new or worsening cough
sore throat
shortness of breath sneezing and runny nose
loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste, or a fever
headache
contact with person who may have been exposed to COVID

When you visit:

We politely request you still wear a mask if you display any resipratoy symptoms, this helps to keep the wider community safe.
You may still be asked to be seen via th Ambulance bay if there is any doubt on the type of infection you may have.

Continue to practice social distancing

Covid vaccinations are still available.
Please call the Health centre to arrange a day and time for your vaccine.
